At Braiders Lounge, our goal is to provide professional and quality hair care services for all clients. The staff at Braiders Lounge values you and your time. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we have instituted the following policies to make your time with us exceptional.
Before requesting or making an appointment, please take the time to thoroughly read our policies, as you will agree to all policies, and no exceptions will apply.

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 72 hour notice. Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments, or appointments canceled after the 72 hour time frame. If you are running a few minutes behind, please contact us and we can hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and enforce our Cancellation Policy. Subsequently, if your stylist is more than 15 mins late for your appointment time, we will reduce your booked service by $25. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to servicing you!
When reserving an appointment with us, we do require a deposit of half (50%) the cost of services requested to secure the appointment. By entering or giving us your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to our cancellation policy of your card on file being charged, as stated above. Appointment reminders requesting you to confirm your appointment with us are sent via text message and email three days in advance of all appointments. We ask that you confirm your appointment via text by following the prompts from the confirmation message. We require that all appointments be confirmed no later than 72- hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to confirm appointments will result in an automatic cancellation and non-refundable deposit. Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or make a change to your existing appointment, you may do so using our online system, by emailing us, or by calling and/ or leaving a voicemail at (918) 984-3590. We are not responsible for cancellation requests attempted but not made or requests sent to the wrong email address.
Due to limited space and for the comfort of all clients, guests not being serviced are not permitted on the salon floor. Guests are allowed to wait in our waiting area on the second floor or on any of the benches on the outside of the salon within the building.
Pricing at Braiders Lounge is based on the average amount it takes to perform the desired service, products used to complete the service and the level of skill required to perform the service. Prices listed may be increased based on length, density, preparation work performed by our staff, and if additional time is needed to perform the service. If you have specific questions on pricing, please inquire prior to being serviced, or book a consultation.
Card payments only (NFC, debit, and credit card payment accepted). We do not accept cash or checks. Deposits can be made in person, online, or over the phone. The amount of the deposit will be applied toward the service total on the day of your appointment.
At Braiders Lounge and salon events , photography, video and audio recording may occur. We may choose to publish photographs, audio and video recordings on our website and/or social media. Braiders Lounge, further reserves the right to use those photographs and recordings in promotional materials to promote the salon and staff. This policy applies to all clients and attendees of our salon and or events, including, staff , board members, volunteers, press, and designated photographers and videographers. If you do not wish to be recorded or taken a picture of, please notify us.
We pride ourselves on providing all clients with professional services and quality customer care. We wash your hair, blowdry, and provide all braiding hair needed. If you are not satisfied with the results of your salon service, due to a possible error by us, please contact the salon within 72 hours of your appointment. We will ask you to return to the salon for your hair to be visually assessed within 3 business days of your appointment and are able to provide the proper adjustment if there is an error. We will do our best to accommodate all of our clients but we do not offer refunds on salon services.
